Nicole Prewitt enjoys writing stories about love and crime in the Midwest. She spends her weekdays managing marketing campaigns for big businesses. And, as the organizer of Just Write Milwaukee, she spends her mornings, nights and weekends writing in small cafes throughout the city with other writers. HARTS DIVIDED is her first full-length novel. Harts Divided is her first full-length manuscript. In 2023, she was awarded SinC’s Eleanor Taylor Bland Award for Emerging Crime Writers of Color Award and Pride Award for Emerging LGBTQIA+ Crime Writers. She was also a finalist for the MWA-Midwest Hugh Holton Award.
